Step 1: 📸 Immediately take adequate photos.
Step 2: 💻📲Sign into your Etsy profile. Under your profile tab in the top right corner of the webpage choose purchases and reviews from the drop down menu. On the right hand side of your purchase from us, click “Help with Order”. Then click “Message Seller”.
Step 3: 📧Leave a detailed explanation of the damage/defect that your purchase is experiencing and be sure to include those photos 🎞.
*Message must be sent within two days of postal service delivery. *
Step 4: ⏳Wait for Seller Response (usually within a few hours if sent during business hours. If sent outside of business hours, response may be delay to the next business day.)

Step 5: 📦If the photos and/or explanation is sufficient enough, you will be provided an address in which to send the product for further evaluation. 2. The parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
